2007 Aichi SN15A on Hino GD 500 4x2

Overview

This well-appointed 2007 low K’s Hino GD has recently had its major rebuild completed and has been fitted with a fully refurbished 2006 Aichi SN15A live-line EWP.

An excellent example of a well-built unit with certification on the boom until 2022.

EWP Details

These well-known booms have a certified insulation rating of 46 kV (Cat C) and the full wrap-around bucket makes it a popular choice for live line work and the preferred style of bucket for gloving.
Key features include 16.4m work height, bucket slide-up, 2 man/ 250kg bucket capacity, hydraulic auxiliaries in the bucket and at the ground, hydraulic winch and telescopic FRP boom.
The bucket features a wraparound arm system with bucket lift, offering exceptional manoeuvrability.
The joystick controls offer horizontal and vertical single lever function and it has an auto-stow function at both top and bottom stations.

Truck Details

This Hino truck has 5 large tool boxes, chock, outrigger pad holders and flashing lights. We have fitted safety rails for safe bucket access which start at the rear on the access steps. The bucket stows behind the cab keeping the overall travel height to 3.1m.

2007 Versalift VST5000 on Isuzu FTS750 4x4

We originally built this truck for a customer back in 2008 and have recently completed the 10 year rebuild certification after its first owner upgraded their EWP to a newer model. We're excited to offer this reliable Cat C insulated Versalift VST5000 on a 4x4 Isuzu FTS750 truck as part of our rental fleet.

The Versalift VST5000 offers a 16.5m max height with 2 man 275kg bucket capacity.

Truck details

The Isuzu FTS750 truck has 4x4 axle configuration and comes with a cab protection cage, a range of lockable toolboxes, vice and tow ball. Access to the deck and bucket is safe and easy thanks to access steps to the deck and hand handrails.

2008 Aichi SH15B on ISUZU NPR 4X2

Overview

A high reach, highly manoeuvrable, high voltage bucket truck from the well proven Aichi Company.

2010 Aichi SN15A on Hino Ranger 4×2

Overview

A straight and very tidy example of the popular Hino 500 series. The 11-12 ton G.V.M bracket is so hard to find here in NZ.

With the high H.P. Motor and all the modern conveniences like air conditioning, power steering, A.B.S brakes, central locking etc. these trucks are very driver friendly.
The economical Euro 5 engine is pleasant to be around and works well as a base for E.W.P’s.
On this truck the refurbished Aichi SN15A will sit low and greatly improve road safety. The SN15A is at the premium end of the Aichi product range with standard features such as joy stock controls, auto-park, bucket slide, rotation arm for increased maneuverability and bucket winch & pole.

2012 Versalift ET38LF (LV insulated) on Fiat Ducato Van

Overview

Introducing the van mount - the most popular type of EWP in the UK!With a very large walk-in work station in the rear, two man bucket and an EWP that drives like a car, not to mention how quiet it is, this really is a winner!

2013 L1 Traffic Management on Mitsubishi Canter

This truck is equipped for running efficient traffic management services at Level 1. The equipment used is a well respected European made 25light LED arrow board with an option to upgrade to a VMS full digital variable message board with remote control.

Designed for ease of operation with automatic transmission and ergonomic recessed deck access with easy to access locations for signs and cones. The fold down sides and storage locations around this truck have been designed to optimize the users experience from the roadside.

2015 Isuzu NPR EWP

This compact fully insulated bucket truck has an articulating/telescopic boom with an impressive vertical and horizontal reach. The Isuzu NPR325M can be driven on a class l licence and is very nimble with a tight turning circle. The Versalift SST40 boom is insulated to CAT C High Voltage and the truck has a good selection of on-board storage making it the perfect choice for a wide range of urban applications from street lighting to tree trimming around the HV lines.

EWP Details
Working height of 14.3m and horizontal outreach of 8.7m. Fitted withal man bucket with 180kg capacity. The 46kV insulated articulating telescopic boom enables the operator to reach up and over objects, along with bucket rotation an added benefit. 2016 Versalift LAT38 (LV insulated) on Iveco Daily Truck

Overview

The Versalift LAT38 is very popular in Europe and UK for where a tight compact unit with quick setup and operating times are important.

Fitted on to a compact class 1 Iveco Daily truck, and leaving plenty of room for toolboxes makes this a popular choice for tree, faults, fibre and street lighting work.

2019 Isoli ML140 on Ford Ranger (LV Insulated)

Overview

This ultra-compact EWP gets into those tight spaces, has outriggers that remain within the width of the vehicle providing convenient and safe roadside working whilst coming in a class 1 car license package that provides ample payload for 2 men, their tools & equipment.

The ML140 EWP is fitted to the Ford Ranger and is PTO driven. With the highest quality steel booms both articulating and telescopic, 180degree bucket rotation and 270degree turret rotation it will extend to a working height of 13.5m and 6m horizontally. Coming as standard with a 240v electric socket in the GRP bucket this ute EWP is totally set-up for tree, faults, fibre, streetlighting, sign installation and building maintenance work.

Overview

This compact and versatile EWP is perfectly suited for any application where height access is required along with the ability to lift up to 500kg using the crane function.

The straight telescopic boom is equipped with a 2 man 200kg fibreglass bucket and the very compact Isuzu NPR325 truck can be driven on a car licence.

A great solution for building maintenance, tree trimming, painting or road side applications.

EWP Details

The Linelift® DHS1200L EWP offers a 12.5m work height and 200kg bucket capacity on a non-insulated boom.

The super wide 8m working envelope offers great low height and ground access and the bucket can be tilted easily to allow cleaning and rescue.

This compact boom has a number of optional extras available; 500kg hydraulic winch, (so can be used as a radio-controlled crane) foldable work table attached to bucket exterior and a bucket tent which are great for fibre applications.

2020 Versalift LAT38 on 4x4 Ford Ranger

Overview

The Versalift LAT38-135-H is designed and manufactured by Versalift in Denmark to meet the growing need for a compact 4x4 vehicle with a versatile 2-person bucket on the back.

It is fast to set up, easy to operate, and of course safe and efficient to drive both on and off the road.

There is plenty of space on the back to fit storage boxes and it boasts a 500kg payload (including driver and passenger).

Applications include tree trimming, faults, fibre and street lighting, signage and security just to mention a few.

EWP Details

The Versalift LAT38-135H is an articulating telescopic boom with an impressive 13.3m vertical reach and a 5.7m working radius.

This boom offers a very user-friendly working envelope with up an over reach as well as point and shoot with the telescopic boom section.

It features a 2 person, 230kg fibreglass bucket with a LV rating and an easy access side door.

The proportional hydraulic boom controls are easy to operate and incorporate a safety deadman button.

Truck Details

This boom has been designed especially to fit to the 4x4 Ford Ranger Utility which can be driven on a class 1 licence.

There is enough payload and deck space to accommodate a range of storage and toolboxes.

The Ranger is safe and comfortable to drive on road and has awesome off-road capability.

2022 TL3 Traffic Management on Isuzu FSD700 with Attenuator and arrow board

This truck is equipped for running efficient traffic management on NZTA designated Level 2 and 3 roads. We’ve used the well-respected TL3 Mash certified European Blade attenuator and AX Pivot Arrow board for our builds.

This carefully researched deck design carries everything required and in exactly the right location, all build around the reliable Isuzu FSD700 cab chassis. Specifically fitted to this truck to utilise its air suspension, this enables adjustment to the rear of the truck as it ‘settles’ over time with the weight of the attenuator so as to always maintain the required 280-330mm tolerance from road surface when activated.

Designed for ease of operation with automatic transmission, ergonomic deck access and easy to access sign and cone storage. The fold down sides and storage locations provide optimum roadside access.

Safety has been incorporated with an on-deck camera and generous deck lighting along with non-slip access ways and certified harness point, as well as specified on a airbag suspension for consistent attenuator height.
