We’ve successfully built and delivered the first hybrid EWP in New Zealand using lithium-ion battery technology!
The system has been developed by Versalift to provide a sustainable alternative to using a PTO which requires the trucks engine to run just above idle to provide power to the EWP. This is not ideal for the engine or the environment, so with lithium-ion battery technology and a clever interface you can have the best of both worlds – and do your bit to reduce harmful emissions!
