Overview
We specialise in truck-mount solutions for the utilities sector. Over the years, our team has gained valuable experience in the field and we used this to design and develop the ultimate 4x4 crane truck for power utilities. This truck is set up for pole replacement work and general lines work including moving transformers and cable drums.
Crane Details
- The deck is fitted with a Palfinger PK17001 crane complete with 10.3m reach, remotes for all functions, supplementary functions and a retractor wheel to take an auger.
- The PK17001 crane is the best model for power utilities with the auxiliary hydraulic hoses hidden inside the boom and minimal lock-outs to enable you to operate safely and efficiently every day.
Deck Details
The deck structure we have developed is well-proven and gives maximum rigidity and stiffness to the truck to provide optimal crane stability at all times.
It is fitted with head and tail boards to accommodate poles up to 9m long and weighing up to 1.3 ton, including certified anchor points. Includes tamper and auger holders and comes complete with a range of heavy-duty, lockable toolboxes.
Truck Details
The above build-up is supplied fitted on an Isuzu FTS800 4x4 truck to get you in and out of all those off-road locations. The result is an extremely well-balanced crane truck set up especially for line mechanics.
