We always enjoy seeing our specialist trucks hard at work in the field, and this unit has quickly become a valuable addition to the Drainways fleet. From installing bridge footings to safely excavating around underground services, the AV7000H is helping the team tackle demanding hydro excavation work with speed and precision.

Established in 1976, Drainways has built a strong reputation delivering drainage, water reticulation, and civil infrastructure projects throughout Hawke’s Bay. With a growing demand for non-destructive excavation methods, the team needed a machine capable of handling a wide range of challenging conditions safely and efficiently.

Mounted on a Hino FS2632 6x4 chassis, the Allvac® AV7000H combines powerful vacuum performance with practical on-site functionality. Its NVE 1600 blower delivers serious vacuum capability for deep excavation and debris removal, while the 5000psi water blaster and 2000L water tank provide the cutting power needed for hydro excavation around critical infrastructure.
