Linelift® DHT160AS on Isuzu FTS800 Truck

Our very popular rural live line bucket truck – the Linelift® DHT160AS offers 17.0m of work height and 300kg bucket capacity on a fully insulated 46kV, Cat C boom. The high reach straight telescopic boom and end-mount wrap-around bucket with 600mm bucket lift, makes this the ultimate live line unit for a wide range of applications.

Additional features include auto level outriggers, an auto-stow boom and an individually programmed collision protection system to stop the boom from contacting any part of the truck or handrails. The automatic engine accelerating system improves fuel efficiency, and the bucket can be tilted easily to allow cleaning and rescue. The ‘wrap around’ boom functionality along with bucket lift and bucket tilt, enables operators to access even the trickiest of pole structures.

The Isuzu FTS800 4×4 offers ample space and payload to accommodate all the onboard storage a line mechanic needs. Rear diff lock is standard, and the Allison Auto makes this truck very easy and safe to drive.

Standard equipment includes:

• Safety handrails and steps with 3 points of contact for safe bucket access
• Outrigger pads and wheel chocks in dedicated holders on each side
• Stainless steel lockable toolboxes
• LED flashing beacon and LED flashers front and rear
• LED work lights on cab roof bar

On site operator training and regular follow up training is provided to ensure everyone fully understands the safe and efficient way to use this equipment.
