The straight telescopic boom provides 14.3m of work height (12.3m bucket floor) and 7.5m horizontal reach. The end mounted full size 2-man bucket has a SWL of 200kg and a 180 degree swivel. The boom has zero tail swing and is programmed to avoid contacting any parts of the truck or handrails. Rear bucket stow means a lower travel height, provides safer bucket access, and faster access to the job directly out from the rear. The four outriggers go straight down rather than the traditional H-type which extend out either side of the truck. This enables the operator to set up within a parking space with no part of the truck or boom intruding into a traffic lane, for example. When fitted to the short wheelbase Isuzu NQR500 truck, it offers an extremely tight turning circle and plenty of payload and space for on-board storage.
