Product Highlight: The Allvac® A6000J Jetter, Precise and Powerful
Our new Allvac® A6000J Jetting truck is shaping up to be a hit in the New Zealand market!
The Jetter is equipped with all usual Waimea kitouts – work lights, beacons, and PTO are all controlled from the cab for ease of operation. It also carries all its hydraulic equipment, including a 40-litre hydraulic tank, stored compactly and efficiently in one easy-access toolbox.
The truck bears a capacious 6000L tank, able to carry large loads of water and carry out high-volume jobs without the need for a lot of driving back and forth to refill. It also contains anti-surge balls within the tank from bottom to top, which prevents the contents of the tank from moving around too much while in motion. That means this unit is safe and easy to drive on highways and get from job to job!
Of course, we can’t ignore the orange highlight on the back of the truck – the heart of the build, the hose reels. Powered by a Pratissoli MW45 pump, it carries 180 metres of 1-inch jetting hose and a further 60 metres of half-inch hose. It also sports a manual layering arm for neat stowing of the hose and a 180-degree turntable to allow the reel to be positioned conveniently near the curb on either side of the truck.
The Jetter also comes equipped with a neat array of nozzles for your hose reel, allowing you to carry out a variety of jetting jobs with ease. There are both 1-inch and half-inch available so that you can use either hose reel to do the job. The control technology is set up with a screen and control pad at the back of the vehicle that constantly shows you the important details about your vehicle and its contents, as well as a remote control that can be used up close to the worksite for greater focus and precision. It offers easy switching between operation and service functions at all times.
The Jetting truck has ample storage integrated into the build, in particular a large shelved storage cabinet positioned in front of the tank. This can be adjusted and used to transport gear and tools for maximum efficiency on the job. There is also external storage for the tiger tail tool, which is used to guide the jetting hose down drains to avoid tangles.
Overall, this is a build that’s ideal for the job in every tiny detail! It’s been meticulously designed to make sure it can get the job done efficiently, smoothly, and to the highest standards. Whether it’s culverts, stormwater work, drain clearing or maintenance, or flood prevention, the Jetter has your back!
